Fully Loaded and Recently Re-upholstered!PIctured is a 2007 RANGER COMANCHE Z21 with YAMAHA VMAX 250 HP engine.If you know RANGER history, you know this is the last of the "real" RANGERS.....after 2007 hull quality declined some.The YAMAHA VMAX 4 stroke 250 Engine has a relatively new powerhead installed by an authorized YAMAHA dealership. The owner estimated under 50hrs have elapsed since the install.In 2014 the owner had a new YAMAHA lower unit installed, and has clocked maybe 12 hours since the install.Captain and Passenger seating was professionally re-upholstered in July 2014.The front " lean-to " chair is in good condition. The rear post-mounted swivel chair needs re-upholstery as seen in the pics.The deck carpet is in excellent condition throughout.Lots of storage and all the hatches work well. The two rear hatches might need new "piano-style" hinges installed. They are functional, but will need attention sooner than later.The bait/live-wells are newly plumbed and work great.The electronics are nice and include a Humminbird 997C and includes a "chip" with lots of "honey holes" saved for the next owner. The Trailer tires are new, and the side-mount spare tire may never have been used.
Cosmetically, the trailer needs a few items. The rubber step covers can be replaced ( see pics ), and there is a place where the carpet runners attach to the fender that needs a little bit of fiberglass TLC.
The turn signal and stop lights have been replaced with LED.
The alloy wheels are all bright and look fairly new and as previously mentioned, the 4 tires are new.

MINN KOTA trolling motor recently overhauled
HULL: the hull appears in good condition. I observed a few minor abrasions in the gel coat and most if not all could likely be buffed out.
The upper sparkle surface of the hull would appreciate some buffing...just due to weather exposure.
The original dash-mount fishfinder is inoperable. With the LOWRANCE and HUMMINBIRD additions the original one isn't needed anyway. The owner said he'd thought about installing an AM/FM Stereo CD in that spot.......good idea.
In my opinion, a good-day's detailing would make this fine COMANCHE 21XL look really terrific.
